As a Trust we have legal and contractual obligations to publish updates on our equality work through an annual cycle of reports and where applicable action plans.

Bridgewater Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy 2024 – 2027

This is an enabling Strategy for the Trust’s Communities Matter Strategy, which details all Trust strategic objectives including for health equity, staff, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.

WRES: A Model Employer

Please find below our targets and action plan to improve representation of Black, Asian, and minority ethnic staff across pay bands and staff groups, and to reduce or eliminate the disparity ratio between white staff and minority ethnic staff progression through the pay bands.
