Lynne, Deputy Chief Executive at Bridgewater Community Healthcare, was appointed joint Director of the Delivery Unit for Bridgewater and Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals on 1 July 2025.
The unit was created to support the delivery of both Trusts’ operational plans for the current financial year.
A registered general nurse and learning disability nurse, Lynne has enjoyed an extensive career in the NHS, working in acute, community and mental health organisations at an executive level and also as an independent consultant.
Her most recent role has been as Bridgewater’s Chief Nurse.
Lynne’s primary focus is on putting patients first, delivering high standards of care, and supporting people to thrive in their own communities.
