Who can access our service?
Anyone aged 18 or over who has a Warrington GP.
How can people access our service?
Patients can self-refer by calling us on 01925 946356.
Health Professionals can refer new patients to the service by completing our referral form and emailing this to us at bchft.warringtonbladderandbowelservice@nhs.net.
Where is the service offered?
- Clinics are held at health services at Orford Jubilee Hub.
- Home visits are available for anyone who is housebound.
- Nursing and residential care homes.
