During your assessment you might be required to undress to a certain degree to allow your clinician to assess and treat your problem:

  • Neck and upper limb examination: please wear appropriate clothing such as vest tops, sports bras, etc.
  • Spine: you will probably have to undress both your upper and lower body. Please wear vest and shorts.
  • Lower limb: please wear shorts or lose trousers that would roll over the knee, wear appropriate loose fitting upper body clothing and footwear such as trainers.

For subsequent appointments please wear appropriate clothing.
